About
Guillem joined the Vibroacoustics Group in the Applied Acoustics division as a doctoral student in 2026. His research focuses on noise and vibrations in the railway field, particularly rolling noise. In his project in collaboration with Deutsche Bahn, he investigates methods to indirectly quantify rail roughness and track properties from typical on-board measurements.
Guillem received his MSc in Mechanical Engineering from the Universitat Politècnica de València, completing his Master’s thesis in the framework of his work as a vehicle dynamics engineer at Stadler, where he specialized in the Tramlink platform.
